What are they doing?

That’s the question I kept asking myself. What are they doing? My spirit and zeal were dwindling daily and I couldn’t figure out.

Everything I did, did not work.  Every class I took was of no help.  I was baffled and could not understand.  How can I change my way of thinking?

You see, I was always trained mechanically; meaning I was giving instructions and I followed them verbatim.  I took those same instructions and applied them to similar tasks that needed to be completed.  I was good at what I did and got great reviews; however, when it came to network marketing and running my home business,  I was lost.

So lost that I started convincing myself this home business is not for me.  Many of you are feeling the same.  STOP now!

What if I told you, that I know what they are doing?  What would be your reaction?  Now that I have your attention, let’s discuss further about what are they doing.

This is what I know

I am pretty sure you have heard this so I will only emphasize it once.  People are not interested in your offer or the wonderful company you have joined.  They are only interested in what will help them at that moment.

For instance, a person who wants to know the cheapest way to travel will not be interested in weight loss products.  There’s nothing in it for them. If you write about beautiful designation at cheap price you’ve hit a home run.

You have to craft your messages to reach the those who interested in what you have to say.  For some this is very easy.  For others it requires training and a clear understanding of what’s in your niche and their pain.

So, from this day forward, stop telling people your company is the best, they have a great compensation plan, you get 50% or more off products, etc… they don’t care. Focus on meeting their needs.

How do you do that, you asked?  Go where they are.  You know when you’re talking to a child, you tend to get down on your knees, eye-to-eye and make your statement. That’s how it should be when you are trying to connect individuals to your offer.  Craft your messages in a way that they are will want to buy before you finish your sentence.

Your goal is to always address their pain and not to focus on what you want them to buy.

The best way to do this is to develop the skills in copywriting. What are they doing? They are using a format called copywriting.

Copywriting is the art and science of strategically delivering words (whether written or spoken) that get people to take some form of action. You see, copywriting is not just about the writing, it’s about using words to make an ideal or picture come alive.

Copywriting is about creating content that makes you laugh, smile, cry and relate to the description.  It’s the graceful way of connecting with people or if you are in business, your niche.

Before the connections happens, you have to understand the people and their needs and give them value.  The best way to do that is to look at yourself.  Copywirting is not about going out there and writing anything?  It’s about looking within and identifying your pain, taking that pain, and expressing it in a way ones you are trying to reach understand.

Once you’ve learned the techniques of copywriting, you’ve open a cashflow,  a revolving door.  You are now using the words that can address people on television, radio, newspapers, websites, posters, billboard, banners, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat and more.

Here is what you should be doing

I know you are now you are now anxious to find out more about copywriting and how can you learn more; but hold on a few moments more.

Right now I am not talking about copywriting, we know that’s the one thing you should be learning.  I talking about your business’ need.  Do you have everything you need to meet those goals. Now think about people (cold and warm markets), who may have the same issues.

Start addressing their needs from your point of view.  At this time you know their pain because you’ve experienced or experiencing it for yourself.  The only difference is you’ve found a solution.
